Marcy Gialdo is a triathlon and endurance sport coach working with athletes in Philadelphia and all over the country. She is the official coach of Team Healthier Generation and the founder of WAVES, an all woman’s racing team. She has been competing in the world of endurance sports for more than 15 years, completing countless running events and triathlons. Most recently, she successfully completed the 2012 Ironman in Lake Placid. She was also an age group winner in 2011 and 2012 Philadelphia Insurance Sprint Triathlon and a qualifier in the 2012 USA Triathlon Age Group Nationals. She is a certified Road Runners Club of America and USA Triathlon coach and has experience coaching all-levels, from the beginner runner to the athlete who is seeking a podium finish. As a mom of two school-age children, she strives to help athletes achieve their personal bests while maintaining the ultimate balance of family and sport in their lives.
