Swim Training at Upper Dublin High School
(UDHS Pool located in the UDHS Athletic Complex, 800 Loch Alsh Ave., Fort Washington, PA 19034. Access is from SPARK Drive. From the main lobby, go straight down the center corridor to the locker rooms.)

Session 1: Thursdays, Nov. 9 to Feb. 22 (skip 11/23, 12/28 and possibly 2/15)
Session 2: Thursdays, March 1 to May 18 (skip 3/29)

What to expect at a workout
I bring workouts for several different ability levels all based on a similar theme for the week. You will likely share a lane with someone doing the same workout as you and most likely, swim about your same pace. You bring a cap, goggles, and any gear you have (fins, snorkels, paddles, etc). The workouts are 1:15 minutes and are meant to be a combination of technique work, endurance swimming and speed work. The most common thing I hear from swimmers is “I only have 1 speed”. While you might think that is true, we work hard to have several speeds so we can get the most out of our swim workouts. There is always a lane for those looking to log longer yardage and a lane for the new swimmer working on proper form and technique and building up endurance.
I train swimmers, triathletes, runners, and those seeking to expand their current fitness levels. Most of all, I train amazing people who venture out for late night swim training!
